You are cordially invited to participate as a returning "Select Exhibitor" or as a "NEW Exhibitor" for the 2013 Bazaar benefiting Brush Creek Youth Ranch and New Lifehouse Teen Challenge of Oklahoma. Our goal is to increase our visitor's numbers once again in 2013 by adding additional exhibitors, entertainment, a farmers market, a variety of foods, a pet adoption fair and an array of adult and children activities. Thank you for your interest and hope you will consider being a part of thirty five years of tradition at the BARN!

** 2012 BRUSH CREEK BAZAAR EXHIBITORS UPDATES IN THE FOLLOWING CATAGORIES** We are honoring numerous requests from visitors & exhibitors!
Candles The BC Bazaar Team will only except (2/4) Handmade Candle Exhibitors Soap The BC Bazaar Team will only except (2/4) Handmade Soap Exhibitors Jewelry The BC Bazaar Team will only except (10/12) Jewelry Exhibitors
To qualify as a "Jewelry Exhibitor" ALL Pieces in the Booth must be handmade.

Jewelry Exhibitors
o There is a very limited space for "Jewelry Exhibitors"
o We will limit booth rentals to the first 10/12 "paid" exhibitors
o Others will be put on a waiting list on a first paid basis as space allows
o To qualify as a "Jewelry Exhibitor" ALL pieces in the booth must be homemade
o No Exceptions
Candle and Soap Exhibitors
o We will limit booth rentals to the first 2/4 "paid" exhibitors
o Others will be put on a waiting list and will be accepted on a first paid basis as space allows
o Candles/Soaps need to be handmade
Forms and Payments
o Checks need to be made out to Teen Challenge of Oklahoma
o They can be mailed to 4835 S. Peoria, Suite 8, Tulsa, OK 74105
Sales Tax
o State of Oklahoma requires exhibitors to collect and pay sales tax of 8.517%
o BCB will not be responsible for submitting taxes for vendors with state tax permit. An up-to-date copy of your permit must accompany your application to the BCB
o BCB will collect and submit taxes for vendors without a state tax permit. This will be collected whether you charge sales tax or not.
Application Process
o All exhibitors will be juried
o This also applies to returning exhibitors. Files will be updated and reviewed for the 2013 bazaar
o List of all items you wish to sell with price range. Please be specific.
o Self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope
o Completed application with appropriate fees
o Signed contract
o Set-up time/date preference. However, know that this may change but we need this for planning purposes.
o NEW EXHIBITORS ONLY
A minimum of (3) good photos of your work and (1) photo of your overall booth display – or detailed description. Photos will not be returned.
Photographs/Digital submissions on CD and email will be accepted.
Short resume or artist statement on your career as an artesian or craft person.
Set-Up Times
o Thursday - October 10th, 2013
o Wednesday set-up by special appointment arrangements
o Bazaar opens at 9:00 am on Friday and Saturday/12:00 pm on Sunday
